Just a quick response. It doesn’t take a genius to succeed in real estate. It takes hard work and alot of perserverance. I have been able to get a good deal rolling on my first rental. I don’t even have a high school diploma. It doesn’t take much, just a burning desire to be successful and not work for a boss your whole life. In creative real estate, you are your own boss.
