Hi guys, I’m starting to become more active in trying to buy property in my area. Question, does anyone know the list of questions basically to ask the sellers or brokers of property when making that 1st initial phone call if you do, is it possible to send a copy to me. I believe carlton sheets or ron legrand has something to that effect in their program. Thats all I need, just those list of questions to ask sellers regarding their property.
