Steven,

Go to a local Real Estate Investment club meeting if there are some near you. There you should be able to find title companies that are investor friendly and will take the time to walk you though the process. Also, you might find a local investment board to post some questions on and local investors can steer you to the companies they use.

Much Success!

Newbie trying to do wholesaling in Utah.

Now what kind of questions would you ask a title company, and also at the same time letting them know, that you don’t know what you are doing because you are new to real estate investing?

How would you ask for recommendations as to who the other investors they work with are?

Thanks, Steven

Definitely join a local rei group. Ask people there who they use. You will hear the same few names several times. That is probably an investor friendly title company.

Success to you!
