Hello, I currently have over 40 rental units (primarily single family), a primary career as an engineer, and good credit. I have four properties that I recently paid cash for. I’ve fixed up and rented 3 out of the 4, and I’m currently finishing up on the 4th. I have new aquisitions coming up, and I need to quickly free up some cash.
