There is no such thing as a “quick flip contract”. You use a standard purchase contract and make it assignable (in cases where that will fly) or you just do a simultaneous close with your regular contract and you’ve achieved your flip.
Check Bronchicks site for a contract, and if one is not there - all the RE courses here have contracts included.
