Tim- Here are some articles to check out. You definately need a course before you consider pursuing lease options or at least the advice of a real estate atty or fellow investor familiar with lease options(local real estate club).

Hello there everyone…Happy Holidays! I’m still a newbie & am getting ready to place a “I buy houses ad” in the paper. Have been studying different types of creative real estate, but still in need of some touching up. I’ve come to notice that alot of investors have had success with lease/options & some do so exclusively. If someone could please give me a brief example on how to do a lease/option, I would appreciate it.
