First deal: Got house Subject to. Called Mortgage company to get info on behind payments, what to do about it, etc… Want me to fax “authorization to release information” form to them. I have one signed already.
Question: Who do I name in the blank, myself (as a friend) or the name of my trustee (except I will be the one calling and getting info). I have been told to say that I’m the trustee but I’m not that excited about being deceptive. What you put in the blank before you fax it to them and call back? Thanks a lot.
