I sold a house to a gal last year via an owner carry and it is time for her to get refinanced. She states her midscore is 670. She has sufficient income, I believe. This would be an OO owner carry refi or maybe 100% OO. I need this done like yesterday! Help! Email me at dezrawiththestar@aol.com.
