Hello, I am new in investing and am curious on any type of legal action that can
pertain to flipping a property. I have found a few properties that have roughly
100k in equity. Legally, am I able to make an offer of 20-30k cash to the
homeowner, catch up on their back payments, transfer title, then put it back on
the market? If so, how do you assume the mortgage until the home is sold or
due I have to re-finance the home into my name first? Thanks for your feedback.
