Sure, but it’s probably appropriate and simpler to just have the SMLLC quit-claim the property to you.

If a property is owned by my SMLLC (I personally signed for the loan) can that SMLLC sell the property to me even though I am the owner of the SMLLC? Therefore making the property owned by Paul and not the SMLLC?

My father just died, he formed a Corporation, a farm with considerable acreage, I am the Vice president and a younger brother also. Who now owns this property? There are also 1000 shares of common stock, how much is this stock worth? How is this to be handled? There are other heirs, siblings, however this entity was not mentioned in his will. ANy help with this would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks.
