In the “How to” Section. Ron LeGrand discusses how to get out of your comfort zone. (Great Article!) He mentions a deal where he bought a house valued at 910,000 for 513,000. Of the courses that he has, which one shows how to do “pretty house” deals.
For the past 3 months I would drive past a house that I know was on the market for $419,000 (FSBO). Last week the house sold. Because I made no offer, I made no money on the deal.
