Cash Cow Exellent! For Flips I would recommend Joe Kaiser’s ‘The Hunt For Abandoned Property’. Bill B. has a course on flipping but I have not seen it. Do yourself a favor and IGNORE John T Reed and his ‘self promoted’ opinion.

I have read almost all of the how to articles and am ready to purchase the best course. I boughtCarlton sheets program years ago and I do not want to end up with any more usless information
Between the Bronchick Cash Cow course and the Britton Sure fire quick start for restate success, which is the best course to teach the mainstream of no qualifying financing.
Also, how to find properties suitable for quick flips.
