Why do you need this realtor? Are you planning on buying or selling or one to work with as an investor? Different realtors can be good for different things. Then there are some that can be good for nothing. Analyize what you are after to see what you may or may not need.

Why do you want to invest in IN? Do you have a particular property identified. I would only look out of state if I could not find anything where I am located. Then I would be very careful as it could bring on difficulties not wanted.
