Great board…great info, everyone!! I need help, asap!!! I have an '89 14x76 mobilehome sitting on land that I have financed thru a local bank, and the mobile financed thru Conseco. I have major equity in both land and home and an excellent tenant. I want to get cashout on some of the equity but can’t find anyone who wants to work with me because it is considered a second home. My wife and I both have excellent credit and great jobs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
