Another important question is what type of documentation are you looking for? Ohio has recently enacted more stringent documentation laws.

“Credit is not good” is a broad statement.
I just got a borrower 100% financed on a 30 yr fixed loan with a 533 credit score. Scores don’t tell everything. Contact me if you would like me to examine your credit and determine if there is a creative way to meet your goals.

How much is the lien vs Value? and what is the credit score and property type??
