I have some cash, and I have a guy who will do all repairs to rehabs for me for a 60/40 split [60 me] of the sale price.
This is great for me because I am not handy and work full time.
My problem is this, how can I get my cash out w/out selling? Do any lenders re-fi unseasoned loans, and if so, who? I am in PA. I don’t mind waiting a little bit for my cash but I would like to pay my partner relatively soon after the house is rehabbed. His 40% will be less re-fi costs as well, so it’s not that big of a deal, then I can l/o or sell w/out any pressure from him. All help will be appreciated!
