Office Max
Your local board of realtors
TV gurus
Authors of the material at this site.
(Bronchick, Diamond, Kaiser, etc. )

It really depends on what you are trying to do. If for example you want to do flips or L/Os I would go to Kaiser or Bronchick) You can look at some samples on www.legalwiz.com.

Where does everyone purchase their real estate forms. Do you buy a complete package from one of the gurus who sells his/her package or do you go to some store like Office Max or others. I need to get Purchase Agreements and other forms. Thanks.

You can try using a search engine (I like multi-search engines like Metacrawler). You can type in: Real Estate Lease Option Agreement (for example). Many of the forms can be gotten free this way, but be sure the wording in the contract suits your needs and legal requirements.
