I was wondering if anyone in here knows anything about realestate trusts? I have a guy locally here in Florida that has a trust (been doing it for 40 years) that will invest in whatever you give him money for (mainly mobile homes for mobile home parks they start, and do the property management and handle all lanlord issues and let you be the lien holder on what you buy so that you own the property but you are not liable. They pay 12% monthly interest. I also know another group that is paying 14% to 16% monthly with their trust. Let me know all of your opinions on this form of investing. (Especially Mr. Garcia)
