Hi folks,
Just two quick questions. Russ Dalbey advertises his company here on this site. His how to be in the business and make decent cash from this business course is one tenth the cost of many other courses on here. Is that a red flag or are the other “gurus” more greedy than he is. Has anyone here ever worked with his company on a regular basis and actually MADE money. Second question is can one still make money in the investing in tax lien industry. I’ve read that many good ol boys at the auctions will actually bid the interest rate down to 0% for the chance to own the property once it forecloses. I also don’t see Minnesota as one of the tax lien state. Any advice is greatly appreciated and tax deductible too.
