when you start getting laons stacked up the banks will quit loaning you money at a cetain point. This is what I understand from listening to other people who have played the rental game, that once you get about four loans in your name they will quit loaning to you. I personally don’t use banks. For me it would slow the process down. I guess you could talk to Terry And Ed because they have a system of getting past the first few loans and getting the bank to keep loaning you money, expediently.
