Hello. I’ve talked to the investors, Title Insurance companies, and I have contracts. I’m ready to flip properties.
But, I will be using the Option to Purchase contract and I thought that you have to record your option to keep the owner from selling under your nose. Anyone have a good Option to Purchase contract please e-mail it to me.
Also, about how much will the Title Insurance co. charge for the double closing.
