It depends on what you are trying to track. For tracking payments on notes and mortgages, I use Notesmith Pro. It does a good job and can export your transactions into Quickbooks.

If you are trying to track prospects, look into ACT. It keeps up with prospects and helps with follow-up.

I don’t think there is one software that does everything that a RE investor needs.

As my portfolio grows, Microsoft Excel is not doing it for me. Can someone please pass on some info on good Real Estate Investor Management Software that is reliable, can be backed up and updated. Thanks again for all your help.
