Wathch out. You can buy a piece of property in a corperation but, the TAX CODES really give advantages to the individual not companies. I can loose 25K on the sec E and take that against my income.
If you sell real estate in a company you pay more(could) example…you can take 500,000 gain with out taxes on your personal residence…if you owned that property in a corp’ your paying taxes.
Some properties though like gas stations, you do not want to own in your name or if you ever have the EPA claim it needs toxic clean up you are paying forever…
there is no statute of limitations on toxic waste.

of course! however you may need to sign a personal guarentee for all loans that are in your companies name.
