I don’t see any answers posted. If you were in California it would be the company that is licensed with a designated broker and all of the sales people would contract directly with the company.
Check with you states department of real estate.

If a real estate company has hired a broker (who is a member of their board of directors)and real estate agents will be hired under the broker, how are the legal contracts between company to broker and real estate agents to be set up? Should there be a contract between broker and company and then one between agent and company, or does it legally have to set up with a contract between company and broker and then between broker and agent? If the second senario is correct, would a third contract then need to be established between agent and company?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
