Does anyone know how I could possible finacnce real estate inside an IRA and any consequences that go along with a deal like this.I have enough funds to buy properties outright, but would rather use OPM and keep my “bank” for emergencies.

Check out Mid-Ohio Securities they offer a program that allows real estate investing utilizing a Roth IRA.
