I am new in this business. My wife and I are both just out of school (end of year 2000). We won’t to purchase a property. Our income is only about 50K combined and our credit scores are both around 620 or so. We don’t have much money in the bank (approx. $1000 in savings and $500 in stocks). Is there any lenders we can go to to get > 90% financing?
PLEASE HELP!
