I thought his advice was sound, followed it, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Carlton’s advice is not a “get rich quick” scheme, it’s sound business.

If you would check our another site. creonline.com, and go to; Get on the same page with the seller, by Joe Kaiser. He has some excelent ways of talking to sellers.
