Check out Trumpuniversity.com. I took one of their online courses and am planning to take more.

I was wondering if anyone is familar with someone who offers some sort or web based or online training for real estate investors? I have a few courses but I have lots of spare computer time that I could use to increase my real estate knowledge. Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Stan

Spare computer time is a dangerous thing. Unfortunately there is no
replacement for experience. That being said, you have come to the
right place. Read all the posts on these message boards on this
site…for free! If you find a type of deal that sounds like something
you want to do, search the archives and then read up on that topic
from that last couple of years. Then consider ordering one of the
courses here. If you still need more “training,” you will probably be
able to contact one of the authors directly to find out more about what
they offer.

But tread carefully. There is only so much training necessary. One
really needs to buy and sell a few properties to learn what they like,
what works for them in their area, etc. You could read and study
forever and never do a deal.

Happy reading to you, Kristine

I appreciate your feedback but I don’t mind investing into something that may be worth the money. I’m intersted in learning more about short sales, subject to, and leas purchases. I’ve done web based training for other things and know that something similar for real estate would benefit me if available.
