Hi, I have been reading everything I can about my local (Baltimore City) real estate market for roughly the last year because I am interested in purchasing 2-3 unit apt. buildings and living in one unit while renting out the others.

I was wondering what books would be good to pick up to help learn more about the ins and outs of real estate investment and property management.

Any personal tips and ideas are also greatly appreciated.
