REIC’s are great. I own the Md. Real Estate Exchange Network, we have about 200 people a month attend. Our admission is free. We invite local and national speakers. It is easy to start a REIC and could be profitable.

Our next meeting is the first Sat. of April. Our speaker will be the owner of a title company talking about how to avoid junk fees, how to read a HUD-1.

Good luck,

chalres

What Cris said.
There may already be a Real Estate Investment Association (REIA) in your area. If not, contact National REIA. They will assist you in starting your own local organization.

Happy investing!!!

I’ll probably get in trouble for this referral, but try the info at http://www.nationalreia.com/
