Quick question: I was thinking about buying this reference book on Real Estate Laws I saw at Barnes & Noble. Price: $75.00. Do you all think I should buy the book? It lists various laws an investor, homeowner, or seller should follow. I think it’ll be worth the investment. Any opinions? Thanks!

there are soem books that are state specific real estate law books. check with a college, community college, university in you state that offers a real estate law course maybe for agent continuing education. even if you don’t take the course, you can buy the text book from the college bookstore or find the title and shop it on line. (bestbookbuys.com I think).
