Private money people will lend on OK credit. It will depend on you and the deal. You’ll pay between 9-18% and points. Look in your local paper for money lenders or call lawyers, local RE people and ask if they know anyone.

Are there really businesses that loan money to people who don’t have Grade A credit. If so who are they and what kind of interest can you expect with not the best credit. Thanks.
