Does anyone use real estate research services like 1st American Real Estate Solutions? I am using their trial product, which is limited in its offerings (no marketing or build lists) and all I can see that it provides is neighborhood information, comps and a few more items. I wanted to be able to run reports on absentee owners, landlords, people who have been in their homes for more than 5 years (more equity, hopefully, etc. I don’t know if it is just that the trial use doesn’t allow me to do this or I am just missing something. Let me know if there is a better real estate service out there than 1st American. I live in the Chicagoland area and most of the basic information that they provide is already online.
