I did it. I signed up for the Pre-Exam course thru a local Brokerage. I just picked up my study guide “Modern Real Estate Practice”. I don’t know if I want to be an RE agent or just an investor, but I figured I couldn’t go wrong taking the course and learning some of what the RE agents know. I did sit down and talk about the myths of being a RE agent with a broker last week and it sounds like something I may want to do. I will make a decision after the course. Wish me Luck.
