Jim- I don’t think the Radon disclosure is as formal as the lead disclosures are at this time. I could be wrong though. If you want to read up on radon check this link. I looked for a Radon disclosure but did not see one. Rob FL would be up to date on disclosure requirements, hopefully he will see this.

I am currently using Carlton Sheets Real Estate Sales Contract on properties that I choose to take other than on L/O agreements. My question is this:

Is this Contract a good contract or are there others available to download that may be perhaps a little more detailed for our protection? I noticed that the Sheets Contract has nothing in in it as far as Radon Gas is concerned.

If anyone is aware of a good contract on line somewhere, please provide the link, so myself as well as others here can view it and either use it or ammend the current contract they we may be using.
