Check out the articles to help you decide-the links are on the left of the page. You will find plenty of options if you do not want to deal with tenants such as flipping and notes to name a few. Buying a property and selling it with you providing the financing may be of interest. Reading the info at this site will help narrow down a path suitable for your interests.

I have recently come across some money I want to start investing with in real estate. My problem is that I do not know what type of real estate. I do NOT want to get involved with property management (bad experience since childhood). I have been thinking about mobile home investing (Lonnie deals). Does any one have any suggestions of real estate investing that does not involve property management?
