I’ve bought several houses through their Tampa office. As long as the numbers make sense, I see no issue with them. Their main mode of acquiring contracts on houses, as I can see, is through mass mailings. In turn, they assign the contract to a buyer for a $1K escrow deposit with balance due at closing. Again, I haven’t had any issues with them, but always keep your eyes open on every deal.
