I don’t know where you are, but around here (DC/MD) there is a standard addendum you can attach to the contract specifying that one of the purchasers is a licensed agent, or that the agent is related to or has an interest in the purchaser. Something along those lines ought to do it.
I have my RE license and also am a member with my husband on an LLC.
we buy properties from various leads, MLS, flyers etc.
My question is, when buying an REO property, and showing the XYZ, LLC as the buyer, how should I “word” my disclosure about being a Realtor and 1/2 owner of the LLC.
I have usually been putting “Buyers agent has a beneficial interest in the Buyers company” or “Buyers agent is related to buyer”
Which is best or is there something better to write down. We have 3 Brokers on my office and none of them can agree on what verbage to use, so I came here for suggestions. I will then take these suggestions to my Brokers to see if ANY of them can agree on something.
