I’m in CA and have been in escrow on a house where the seller is trying to back out of the contract. (They are backing out because they can sell it for more)
We are filing a lis pendens against the property. I called the listing agent to notify them of the situation but she hung up on me. Can a realtor list a house know that there is an open escrow and a lis pendens being filed? Should we notify the agency of what she is doing?
