Hello everyone,

I was wondering if using listings from realtors (listing of those who want to rent to own) would be a good idea.

I know a lot of people list w/ realtors for rentals b/c they would rather have the realtors take applications and conduct the screening process.

BUT, I know a realtor personally and would like to take advantage of this. I was wondering if anyone could give some SUGGESTIONS for using this realtor as another source in getting rent to own sellers. Mind you, some of them might not be all that motivated or not go for the sublease/tenant subleasing it to another tenant/ buyer.

OR

should I just deal with motivated “rent to own” people myself.

I’d say realtors are not the answer. Find the sellers yourself…it will be a whole lot less frustrating and much more profitable.
