Go to your local court house or any realty office and ask for the beasley report(name may be different in each state , but the realestate person if he is not new will know what it is

Go to www.excite.com, click on the home/real estate
then go to buy a home. You can get the figures on
most properties as well as the general area. Hope

dan, go to www.realtorplace.com they have recently sold in you,re area. i you can,t get in at that address use www.fl.realtorplace.com. good luck
