Does anyone have a recommendation for Investment Evaluation Software? I am not talking about the glorified Excel sheet that’s advertised, but a real software package that can quickly run numbers and produce multiple result sets and reports based on varying criteria. Any comments/insight would be appreciated.

Try cash flow analyzer pro at www.rentalsoftware.com. Another good one is realtools at www.nichesw.com, pick these up on ebay cheaper. Realtools also has rental mgmt.
