I’d check all the old postings on this site for the rehab/buy low stuff especially. I’m sure someone has discussed that–it’s a popular interest. Then go to the library about the Maryland Land Trust if you don’t come across that here.

As far as a course, most of the RE courses I’ve actually seen are general with a bit of specifics thrown in. Your subject is so specific, you need to do specific research. Ever think about getting questions together and talking to a real estate attorney in your state for a half hour? Might be worth it just to clarify legalities you might be concerned about. It would be a relatively small investment with a large return if it enabled you to avoid legal problems with your deal.

I am asking for advice on what is the best at home educational courses available to date on two subjects. 1. Buying a property to rehab. and sell (buy low and sell high). 2. Buying a property using a Land Trust in the state of Maryland.

Thank You,
