Randall, One of the very best books on lease-options that I have EVER encountered is : “Making Big Money in Real Estate without Tennants, Banks or Rehabs” by Peter Conti and David Finkel.
Randall this is a very comprehensive detailed book. It does not just ‘hint’ at different ways of doing the L/O’s, but give you good detailed info. Can’t beat it at ANY Price! I don’t think.
It only sales for $18.95. Check out Amazon.com, I’m sure they would have it.
After reading and researching REI for a while now, I have decided that the area I would like to begin in is lease optioning and/or renting single family homes. Can some of you please recommend books and courses that will cover this aspect of investing? Also, I don’t want to begin in the most difficult area of REI, so please let me know what you think. Thank you.
