How can I bypass the Recorder’s Office Clerk and do my own search??? I cannot beleive that after waiting 3 hours
I was only allowed to have one property search!!! On the
mean time I am observing many non-city employee going down to the basement with microfilm in their hands $#@:

Hi Michael,
I totally understand what you are saying about Philly city hall, it’s why I am researching using the database companies. I presently have American Real Estate Win2Data 2000 which gives access to all cities that have related information computerized but the information provided for Philadelphia is sketchy unfortunately. I plan on trying MetroScan next at least the demo looked good even though the prices don’t.
