On the side of mobile home paper, I would suggest “Cashing In” by Terry Vaughan. It will tell you everything you need to know. In addition I would check out the Players Club Classified section of this site. Lot’s of Players advertise there.

Hi all,

I have several MH deals pending and need a way to recoop the cash invested in the previous MH purchase in order to buy the next MH. I have read ‘Deals On Wheels’ which suggests selling the front end of the note. I understand the process and would like to know if there is an entity that purchases MH notes or up to investors to locate note buyer themselves, such as a rich uncle, as Lonnie suggests.

If their are note buyers available, I need to know the buying criteria in order to structure the note accordingly, right?

Any explanations or assistance is appreciated.
