I am a real Estate Investor in Tennessee. I am looking for someone to do refinances for me after I buy a property for cash and fix it up. Do anyone know of any lenders who will refinance me with a credit score of 679 for investment properties with basically no seasoning in the state of Tennessee??? What about purchasing also? What Ltv can they do?
Also What about a line of credit???
