I have my first rehab closing in a few days and a second contract on it’s way back to me through the mail. Both properties need work and I would like to know what I should include in writing up a contract to use when hiring a contractor.
If someone is willing to share a copy of theirs that would be great.
Also do I sign their contract too or do I have them just sign mine? At what point do you present or inform them of your contract?
