I won’t kid you. I can do deals in Chicagoland, but I’m mediocre at best. As you can tell by me going on a hard money search, that I’m looking for hard money nation wide.
Brian, in order to do rehabs properly, you need a local portfolio lender. If you have good credit, you can use a small local bank. I’m sure you know by my previous post that I’m high on small local banks. The reason being a larger bank is centralized and will treat you like a number. They have you standing in line like cattle when you want to just cash a check.
If your credit is a problem, then naturally hard money’s the answer. Brian there are some other sources that I usually discuss on the phone one on one because of individual circumstances.
