You should start advertising for it now! Are you willing to carry anything back? If you want to offer “no bank qualifying” to attract the other 50-60% of people who can’t qualify through conventional lenders, send me an email and I will give you my phone number. It takes us two weeks to find buyers here in California with this type of ad.

I am in the middle of my first rehab. I am looking to paint fri. or sat. Tile starts mon. and carpet goes down the mon. following. After all the misc. (never ending) small stuff I will begin landscaping and exterior improvements. My question is when should I list my house? And what should I say in the add at that time? I had a plan from day one and now I am starting to second guess myself after reading some of the archive postings.
